Then you might enjoy being a part of our team at Café Aquí! We’re a coffee bar that exists to connect with our community through incredible service, phenomenal products, wrapped in an astonishing environment (we’re located inside a garden center)!

We are occasionally on the look out for incredible people to serve our community as baristas throughout the week and weekends. Experience in coffee shops isn’t necessary but is of course wonderful. We’re looking for fantastic, joy filled, knowledge seeking people first. From there, we’ll train you on crafting incredible beverages.

Part Time Baristas

First we serve people, then we serve coffee!

Partial responsibilities include taking customer orders accurately, educating customers on our offerings, crafting beverages, working in a fast paced environment, engaging with customers, serving prepared foods, keeping the work area clean, bussing and sanitizing customer areas, and working as an integral member of a team.

We are currently looking for people who can start immediately and can then continue working this fall for weekday day shifts. (We are currently not hiring High Schoolers unless you’re available during the day this fall.) Two years previous Barista/Customer Service/Hospitality/Food Service experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting at $13/hr, plus tips (historical averages have been between $4-7/hr.)
